BUYING

Just4Saddles has a large selection of saddles, both new and used, for you to browse through. New saddles are clearly marked as such, and all pre-owned saddles have been carefully inspected with their condition evaluated as "Excellent", "Good", or "Useable". These evaluations are objective in nature, so please feel free to use the email link to ask any questions you may have. You may also request additional pictures of any saddle. Saddles in poor, or unsafe condition are not accepted for consignment.

You may request that any saddle on this site be shipped to you for trial by calling us at 210-614-1737 Mon-Sat from 9-6 CST. Pre-owned saddles may be ridden. New saddles may be ridden briefly without stirrups. If unsuitable, saddles must be returned within 72 hours of receipt in the same condition via UPS at your expense. After we have the saddle back, your charge card will be credited the purchase price, less any shipping charges incurred.

SELLING

Just4Saddles provides an excellent venue for you to sell your pre-owned saddle without the hassle of dealing with prospective buyers at a very reasonable cost. We will display your saddle in our San Antonio retail store, located in a large metropolitan area, and in continous operation since 1964. We will post digital images of your saddle on this site, write a description for you, and handle the many details involved in shipping your saddle to a prospective buyer anywhere in the world. All you have to do is cash the check when it is sold. Our commission is a reasonable 20%.

Your first step will be to prepare your saddle for sale, and this means a thorough cleaning and conditioning. We will accept saddles with cosmetic defects such as scrapes and scars, or saddles in need of re-stuffing, but can not accept saddles with safety issues such as rotting stitching or damaged billets.
